HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR SPORTS & ACTIVITIES? - 06/2025 UPDATE

● Complete the online registration process. Registration must be done for a student to be eligible to practice. Both the student and a parent or guardian must complete the paperwork on www.planeths.com (to include uploading a copy of the student’s sports physical).

● You must be academically eligible to participate (2.0 GPA in the most recent quarter and you cannot have failed more than one class in the previous semester).

● **UPDATED PROCEDURE** Student-athletes NO LONGER need to come to the Activities Office to obtain a Golden Ticket IF they complete their registration before their sport’s start date. The Activities Office will post a list of eligible students beginning three days prior to the start of the season. The list will be posted on the Activities Bulletin Board by the gym. (Lists for sports starting July 30 and August 6, 2025, will also be posted on the exterior gym doors). If you join a sport after the start of the season, you must come to the Activities Office to get a Golden Ticket.

● Payment - All students must pay the $225 Activity Fee or submit an Activity Fee Waiver that is available here or outside the Activities Office Door…the form must be turned back into the drop box next to the forms.

REGISTRATION TIPS

Both the student and parent or guardian must create an account. - You will need two different email addresses to create separate accounts.

Students…your school “email address” is NOT a real email address. We do not recommend using it for your registration. Are you having trouble logging into your account? - PLEASE do not create a second account.

The Activities Office can assist with resetting your password, updating your email address, and many other issues. The online forms must be completed each year by both the student and parent or guardian. 

You only have to register once (please don’t create a second account if you are having trouble logging in) but the forms have to be completed each school year.
