Good morning Bears.  This past Friday the Bears went against the Wolves of Eagle River, although outnumbered the Bears put up impressive numbers.  The girls 200 medley relay was won by the team of Katherine Jarupakorn, Tylyn Bushman, Tempest Wilequer, and Wanlaya Jarupakorn.  The same team also dominated the 200 yard freestyle relay.  Katherine Jarupakorn dominated the 200 yard freestyle, and 100 yard freestyle claiming victory in both races.  Wanlaya Jarupakorn crushed the competition in the 50 freestyle, and 100 yard butterfly.  Ethan Larson won the boys diving event with a score of 321.05.  Tempest Wilequer came in second in the 100 yard backstroke missing out on first by just over 1 second.  Tylyn Bushman easily beat the competition in the 100 yard breaststroke.  Other swimmers who competed and did well were Jenny Brawn, Javon Rupprecht, Trinity Walker, and Kim Urena.  The team did great overall and is continuing to build towards regions and state.  The team competes against Dimond tomorrow at 4:30, we would love to have a rowdy crowd to support the swimmers.
