Alooooooha. The Polynesian Club will be having a meeting this Friday during lunch time in Mr. Rogers room # 418 @ the purple hall. All those who are interested may join us to discuss our up coming events for thins school year. Thank you and see you all there.

Our contest to “Guess How Books are in the Library!” is officially over! Thanks to everyone who participated! We had so many guesses and a few came REALLY REALLY Close. The TEACHER with the closest guess is Mr. Matsuoka, He was only off by 25 books! The STUDENT with the closest guess is Caressa Hoover. She was only off by 66 books! Our RUNNERS UP are Pao Yang, and a group from Mr. Matusoka’s 3rd period class, Samantha, Kylee and Michael L, Nalani. Please come to the library to claim your prize! The Bartlett Library has 18,497 books which means there is something in here for everyone. Come on in!!
Students! CTE is offering an after school class, Health Occupations starting next Monday, 10/10. It will be from 2:05-5:15pm. If you are interested, please see your counselor for an application.

SENIORS SENIORS SENIORS! It's that time of year when hoodies are near! Student Government will take pre-orders for Senior Hoodies this Wednesday and Friday at lunch across from the Activities Office. Hoodies are $40 and will be arrive in early November. Please see Ms. Thibault in room 320 or Mrs. March in room 337D with any questions.

Students! The State Division of Elections are looking for youth election workers to assist on the upcoming election. If you are 16 or 17 years old, this is the opportunity for you! You will be paid $9.50 an hour. Please see your counselor for the application and more information.

Effective Saturday, October 1 through Sunday, October 16 People Mover Route 75 service to/from Bartlett will be affected by the Glenn Highway-Muldoon Interchange project road closures. Shuttle service will be made available by AnchorRIDES. Expect delays if you are traveling north of the Interchange. For details, please visit People Mover’s Detour page online at www.peoplemover.org.

Anyone that is wrestling please turn in your paperwork. It must be turned in before you can practice. Study hall for wrestling will be from 2:15-3:15 in Coach Foss' room. All wrestlers have to be there! Practice will start at 3:30. Go Bears!

It’s Blood Drive time again. The Blood Bank of Alaska will be at Bartlett Friday, October 14. The earlier you return your completed paperwork, the better selection of donation times you have to choose from. If you are sixteen years or older and weigh 113 pounds or more, join the Golden Bear tradition of giving and pick up donation paperwork from Mr. Grenier in Rm 414A. Go Bears
