The Bartlett Golden Bears used six pins to win their season-opening Cook Inlet Conference wrestling meet Wednesday at Bartlett, 58-21. Isaac Hill, Oscar Garcia, DesVonn Smith, Jordan Burson, Christopher Tapuolo and Savior Foilefutu all recorded pins for the Golden Bears, with Isaac Hill and Jordan Burson both taking care of business in a swift 81 seconds.

Halloween is near which means Boo Grams are back! Send your friends a special message along with some yummy candy. Boo Grams will be sold from the 19th through the 27th in front of the library for $1.00 and will be delivered on the 31st. Please remember to have their third hour teacher’s name and room number.

Bartlett high school's after school material science construction class will begin October 24. It will take place Monday through Friday until 5:00pm. We will be working with construction materials to build sheds. You will be able to earn a science credit. See your counselor or Mr. Merrill for an application.

The month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Did you know that 2.8 million Breast Cancer survivors are living in the United States? To show your support, wear pink on Mondays and Wednesdays the 19th, 24th, and 26th. Student Government will be selling breast cancer T-shirts, long sleeves, bracelets, socks, and pins during lunch at the spirit point table. Our goal is to reach 500 dollars to donate towards finding a cure. So show your spirit and think Pink Bartlett.

Students! CTE is offering two after school classes: Material Science and Emergency Trauma Technology. Both classes start on 10/24. See your counselor for an application.  Are you interested in knowing more information about any military academy? Tonight, there is a Military All Academies Night at Bartlett from 6:00-8:00pm at main place. There will be representatives from West Point, Annapolis, Air Force Academy, Coast Guard Academy, and the Merchant Marine Academy.
